Gatsby Tea Explained

Tea comes in four main varieties:

1. Regular tea (most days): starts at 3:45. Tea talk starts at 3:50 and should last approximately 10 minutes.
2. Monday tea: starts at 3:45; research talk starts at 3:50 and lasts around 30 minutes
3. Internal seminar tea: starts at 3:45; tea talk starts later at 4:00 (to allow time to meet the speaker) and lasts around 1 hour.
4. External seminar tea: the talk goes from 4:00-5:15 or so; tea starts after questiontime.

Mary and/or Alex make teas for external seminars; we do all the others.

Tea duties include making tea/coffee; bringing victuals and clearing up afterwards.
