Gatsby Tea Explained

Tea comes in four main varieties:

1. Regular tea (most days): starts at 3:30. Tea talk starts at 3:35 and should last approximately 10 minutes.
2. Monday tea: research talk starts at 3:00 and lasts around 40 minutes
3. Internal seminar tea: starts at 3:30; tea talk starts later at 3:35 (to allow time to meet the speaker) and lasts around 1 hour.
4. External seminar tea: the talk goes from 4:00-5:15 or so; tea starts after question time.

Tea duties include making tea/coffee; bringing victuals and clearing up afterwards.
